Paul Spizzirri is the managing partner at Spizzirri Law LLC, a firm that provides proactive legal and financial management to business clients in various industries. With over 30 years of extensive experience, Paul has a unique combination of credentials and competencies that enable him to identify opportunities to enhance competitive advantage and profitability for his clients.
Paul has worked with public corporations, private companies, and individuals in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, post-acquisition integration, dispute resolution, litigation management, tax planning, and transaction advisory services. He has also handled complex and multi-jurisdictional legal and financial matters in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Paul holds a post-doctorate Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.), a Juris Doctorate (J.D.), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), a Master of Accounting and Financial Management (M.A.F.M.), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). He is also a licensed attorney in Georgia and South Dakota, and a published author. Paul’s mission is to provide his clients with strategic and tactical guidance, innovative solutions, and exceptional service.
