Mason Litz

Mason Litz is a Business Analyst at Spizzirri Law LLC, where he supports the firm’s operational, marketing, financial, and technology initiatives. With a background spanning both the legal and financial sectors, Mason brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to improving internal processes, strengthening client-facing systems, and helping the firm operate more efficiently.

At Spizzirri Law LLC, Mason works closely with firm leadership and internal teams to manage and improve the firm’s CRM systems, maintain accurate and secure client information, and support risk-management-focused business operations. He has also played a key role in the implementation and integration of several technology platforms, including HubSpot, Fathom, Clockify, and Excel-based financial tools, helping streamline meetings, client relations, timekeeping, and reporting functions. Earlier in his time with the firm, Mason served as Marketing Analyst, where he assisted with contact and CRM reconstruction, drafted and reviewed firm materials, and helped build the firm’s 2025 website.

Before joining Spizzirri Law LLC, Mason worked as a College Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual, meeting with clients across the country and developing financial plans tailored to their needs. During that time, he earned recognition as one of the highest-producing interns in the nation and received the Summit Top 100 CFR award.

Mason is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration in Applied Management at Black Hills State University. His graduate coursework includes law and ethics, organizational behavior, managerial finance, information technology, and marketing management. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his family and spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. One of Mason’s personal life goals is to catch a fish in every US state. He has never been saltwater fishing but hopes to mark that off his bucket list in the near future!
