Mitch Lerner graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. He has over thirty years of experience evaluating, installing, training and supporting all types of technology. Twenty-five of those years has been in senior manager or director positions. Mitch worked for a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, recycling and legal. He enjoys working with people and helping them be more effective in their jobs by understanding and using the technical tools available. In his spare time Mitch enjoys running, biking, hiking and rooting for his University of Florida Gator sports teams.​

She has an extensive background in Accounting across many different industries including Banking, Manufacturing and Food Distribution. She is passionate about volunteering in the community as well learning new things. In her free time, you will find her hiking a mountain or doing a puzzle.
Hannah Preston, Law Clerk
Hannah Preston is a Law Clerk for Spizzirri Law, LLC. She is a second year law student at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in International Business with a minor in Spanish and a member of the law school’s moot court competition team and Women’s Legal Society Board Member. Hannah is passionate about research and writing, as well as being in the court room! She enjoys running and spending time with family, her dog, and two cats.
Debbie Deval, Senior Paralegal
Debbie Davel has an extensive background in business and law, working with Spizzirri Law LLC the longest of the staff. She is the source of all scheduling, information organization as well as being our Senior Paralegal. We salute her as the crucial heart of our organization. She enjoys spending free time with her family, attending her grandkids sporting events and relaxing with a good book.
Kerri Daly, Registered Paralegal
Kerri Daly comes to Spizzirri Law LLC with a long career of being a Registered Paralegal. Her attention to detail and superior skills are relied upon by the entire team. She enjoys traveling at every opportunity and is indespensable to our litigation process.
